Service availability

We work to keep Timey available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Transit data is provided by third-party sources and may be delayed or inaccurate.

Firmware and device use

Flashing firmware is performed at your own risk. You are responsible for using supported hardware and following instructions.

Purchases

Purchases and payments are processed by our external checkout provider. Any order details you submit are sent to that provider to fulfill your purchase.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service or attempt abuse.
• Do not disrupt or interfere with other users.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activities.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Timey is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
