Timey.club is operated by Max Gramser (Amsterdam, The Netherlands). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
- Device data from your clock: device ID, firmware version, last seen time, IP address, and configuration values you set (like stop codes).
- Checkout data you submit (name, email, address, and order notes) is sent to maxgramser.com to process your order. We do not store this checkout data on Timey.
- Stock notification emails are sent to maxgramser.com. We do not store them on Timey.
- Basic server logs for security and reliability.
How we use your data
- Provide the Timey service and device updates.
- Process orders and handle support requests.
- Notify you about stock when requested.
- Maintain security and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run Timey (hosting, email, and the checkout/payment provider). We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
We keep device data while your clock is active and retain operational logs for a limited period. Checkout and stock notification data are stored by maxgramser.com.
